Rate of Tax ?

Can any one specify the rate of tax on Mustard & Poppy? HSN being 1207 for both.

If they are of seed quality then 0%; if of any other quality 5%. Charu Mathur, Advocate Supreme Court of India

whats the definition of seed quality and other than seed quality

both mustard and poppy in general are seeds. How to differentiae it to other than seed quality

Seed quality means one that can be used for plantation. GST will be 0% other than seed quality it will be 5%
