Can any one specify the rate of tax on Mustard & Poppy? HSN being 1207 for both.

If they are of seed quality then 0%; if of any other quality 5%.

both mustard and poppy in general are seeds. How to differentiae it to other than seed quality
Seed quality means one that can be used for plantation. GST will be 0% other than seed quality it will be 5%
