rate of mvat

Hi Ruby,

Please refere Schedule C & D of the MVAT act for best classification because it is not covered  under schedule A , B  of the act . If it is not covered under these scheduleS  than  as per schedule E the rate of 12.5% will be applicable .

hi and thanks for the guidance. i believe it is covered under schedule c item 54 and the relevant notification, hence 4%.
