It is taxable at @ 30%+E cess 2% + SHE Cess 1% = Effectively 33.99%

the income tax is 30%...
if the oncome exceeds 1crore then surcharge of 10% will be applicable..
and cess of 3%... total comes to 30.9% or 33.99% as the case mey be..
advance tax
first 15% june 15
upto 45% sep 15
upto 75% dec 15
last 25% mar 15

but u can get marginal tax relief upto some extent... when ur taxable income exceeds 1 crore...
