Currently RCM on GST is being paid @ 5% as per notification 11/2017. But the said notification also says such rate is applicable on fulfilling of conditions mentioned there in.
Is it not logical to assume that the rate given there is only for supplier of service.?
Them for RCM, will not entry 9(vi) be applicable as per which rate is 18%?.

in case of RCM for interstate flat 5% u have to pay and for local 2.5% cgst & 2.5% sgst
then credit the same for same month but questions is that GTA will file return or not if he is not filling then u have take this under unregistered we don't have any choice for this
My doubt is on d rate. 2.5%% is the rate for supplier of service as per notification 11, then how can recepient, take the concessional rate. The rate is not mentioned anywhere na?
