Please clarify me , as if i would be fulfilling all the condition mention on ICAI.org (passing both groups and a place in first 50 highest marks)

i had heard before that only in first attempt student can secure a rank

but in nov 08 results i have seen two friends getting rank in their 3rd and 2nd attempt

listen u have to come in top 50 students that is it

in 1st or 10th attempt it does not matter

But dont claim exemption as Rank list is made for only those students who clear all papers in together. But if you claim exemption you are no eligible for same.
