Mr Mohit and Ms purnima, I have not done anything to make FUN. I do respect GOD.

Further before putting this, I read it in full but didn't find anything which does not make sense.

I already write that it is being translated by a American teenager and I think you should use ur common sense to understand the spirit of that child which in my opinion completely pure.

In true sense it is not wrong as the child has translated it in the way he find suitable but (with pure mind) so i think we should also go logically.

If you find any line which is objectionable .. please specify the same. JAI SHREE RAM

Please do not indulge the our Gods and Goddesses in any kind of joke. The child's intention might be correct but all can't grasp such a scriptt in positive sense.

So,they decided to hitch a ride back home...and when the people realize that our dude, his bro and the wife are back home... they thought, well, you know, at least they deserve something nice... and they didn't have any bars or clubs in those days... so they couldn't take them out for a drink, so they, like, decided to smoke and sh*t...and since they also had some lamps, they lit the lamps also... so it was pretty coooooooooool thing...you know with all those fireworks n stuff... Really, they even had some local band play along with the fireworks... and you know, what, dude, that was the very first, no kidding.., that was the very first music-synchronized fireworks... you know, like the 4th of July stuff, but just, more cooler and stuff, you know. And, so dude, that was how, like, this festival started.'	"

Firstly, u all r blaming Mr. Prakash Somani as if he said this by himself!!! its just a forward guys!!

secondly, pls look towards it as a satire. honestly, what do u expect frm a second generation Indian settled in the US...? do u expect him to learn by heart: ramayan, mahabharat, gita, and all 4 vedas? can u assure that every indian knows abt every indian epic in the pure & proper sense??

And No disrespect has been shown towards the epic ramayan or any GOD. so pls relax.
