This is not the story of mine only but many of us..

during articleship we found that articles r not treared like article

they r treared like hell.. There bosses or principal think that they r nothing.

Bosses make us sit in office as long as till he not leave the office even without work and make us work more than35 hrs & sometime 50 to 60 hrs in a week.

Truly saying guys they even does not give the time to study & SIMPLY SAYS THAT THERE IS LOT OF TIME STTUDY IN LAST 3 MONTHS ONLY.

they only pay a time pass amount of Rs. 1000 only as set by the institute.. AS THIS IS THE ONLY RULE THEY FOLLOW FOR THE ARTICLES.

ACTUALLY,this not there fault its INSTITUTE fault they have to thought that its not right one is working hard & work a lot & GET WT ONLY 1000 Rs.

EVEN THE PRINCIPLES DOESN'T REIMBURSE THE LEAVES TAKEN BY THE ARTICLE FROM EXTRA HRS THEY DONE IN THE OFFICE..

U ALWAYS FIND THEM SAYING THAT THERE IS NO RULE REGARDING THIS, BUT THERE IS A RULE IN INSTITUTE then why they do not follow that yaar

LAST thing i want to ask is there any place or way to contact head officers TO COMPLAIN AGAINST OUR PRINCIPALS ( OUR TRAINERS)..

IF ANY OFFICER WILL READ THIS JUST UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM OF ARTICLES & DONOT ONLY READ FOR THE SAKE OF TIME PASS.

hi,

Its like supply and demand. As supply of CPT students are more than demand they just exploit us.

this is the story of most of the articles in ahmdedabad. we are article cum peon for them. We are forced to bunk our lectures thrise in a week.

Institute should make some rule for it.

What Miss. Maurya said is right friend... but but its our choice to choose the principal.Before joining ur articleship in a firm ,pls enquire abt that firm with the article clerks working there and study their character and then join. By doing this u can able to roughly judge the mentality of the principal, their cleints and stipend u ll get etc . still there r some good firms..

Even though there r some good firms , their population is very very meger. Unless otherwise a strict regulation imposed by ICAI these harrasment and ill - treatment can't be stopped..

And one more thing, how can ins. bring these regulation and take action against these principals?becaue once again they r one who r in committe and have right to discharge or introduce a new rule?

So finally its our fate my dear friend.

You are looking very angry

If you see towards some mediacal students then you'll come to know that you and me are very luckey

They have to buy tickets for boss and that with Air or AC

and the treatement they are getting you wont think also

Keep watch on your Behivour after becoming CA what you do with your articles

i dont agree with Sameer Medhekar. One should not compare himself or his profession with others and relating to your complain i would suggest an article should maintain his own records i.e. the time of arrival and depature and got it signed by his principal which can help him in future.
