PAY ORDER FAVOURING PAY AND ACCOUNTS OFFICER DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Is it Royalty or Sharing of Drawing or any other. Transfer of technology will attract R & D Cess. Pls check.
