Hi, can anyone tell R& D Cess Applicable on Royalty payment to NRI on foreign collaboration of te technology. if yes where it deposit ,what % ,which challan no to be use & What account no.

Is it Royalty or Sharing of Drawing or any other. Transfer of technology will attract R & D Cess. Pls check.
