Is PAN required to be quoted at the time of withdrawal of Fixed deposit?
P.S : The F.D is not exceeding even Rs.1 lakh.

No. PAN is reqd at yhe time of creating FD if above 49,999/-.
As a rule not required, but your bank might just ask if you are a not so familiar customer to them. Do not take it as an offence, it is just they want to ensure that you are the legitimate customer or the person who can be given the money.
