quorum in class meeting
If in a meeting of preference shareholders.. Only one person attended the meeting and acted as a proxy for other members.. Would it be a valid meeting?

no there should be minimum 2 person needed for a valid meeting
He can't represent himself as member as well as proxy also... Proxy should be someone else
