It is not mentioned anywhere in the Act. The same shall be fixed by the BoD or AOA otherwise as per SS-1, presence of all members will become necessary for forming the quorum.
There is no quorum requirement under the Act for meeting of nomination and remuneration committee. However, Board may specify the quorum requirement for the same and if it is not specified by the board then, all members of the committee should be present. Please refer Secretarial Standard-1 on Board Meetings.
