minimum number required to conduct or start the meeting.
In case of pvt. company quorum is 2.
In case of public company quorum will be depends on number or shareholders.
Upto 1000 quorum required 5, 1000-5000 quorum is 15, and more than 5000 it is 30. Unless company's articles higher provide.
