can provisions of adjouned General Meeting,be applied for adjourned board meeting in respect of quoramprovisions,in the absence of specific provisions for B.M. ?Detailed justification sought please.

Adjourned General Meeting:
If there is no quorum, the members present shall be quorum.
Adjourned Board Meeting:
If there is no quorum, the directors present shall be quorum, logically speaking, although i dont think it has been expressively provided in the Companies Act. Also nothing to the contrary has been provided in the Act.
