Quiry about service tax
My uncle has jelly crusher. It's registered under vat. Also they have 2 heavy vehicle ( lorry ) and 1 hitachi . Annual income from these vehicles more than 75 lakh . In this case service tax applicable ????? And how can we maintain these accounts ?? Plz answer ...

What is the nature of income? If it is rental income, then ST would be applicable.
