its a 2007 version excel file and will not open in lower versions.

but its requiring a password for using it.

wats the password sir..?? is it your paid software..??

It is likely to be a paid software because, the program asking to call 09945704947 to get the password. Without password nothing can be done.

Its a zip file.Excel 2007 format.
