Questions (new) about service tax on rent
I have two let out premises. The monthly rent from 1st premise is 20000 p.a and from the 2nd premise is 75000p.a. Is the service tax limit of Rs.900000 for getting registration detremined exclusively on each premise? If so, whether I should get Service tax registration only for the 2nd premise or a centralised registration?
