Can any one tell me what Tally version i should use after Changes TDS Rates ?

Tally.ERP version not allowed to changes TDS Rates?

Please suggest Tally Version which is allow to deducte TDS   @ 1% without E Cess & Surcharges

 Dear Rajesh,

Current release of Tally is Tally.ERP 9 Release 1.6 , in which TDS will be calculated without Cess and Surcharge,

If you are using Tally 9, you may upgrade to Tally.ERP 9 at free of cost.
