Hi, I have deal to sell my property in 9.60 lacks. The buyer has get the loan approved from X bank of 19 lacks and hence he will get the cheque accordingly. He want to do registry on guide line which is 11.60 lacks. He is asking me to transfer the balance amount back 9.4 lacks once I recieve the amount. Is this deal is good or bad? Please advice. (I'm sorry if the questions is asked on wrong forum)
