Question about the big 4

I think you are expecting much. there are many like you working with them.you cant expect to became partner with them. however you can expect increment in your post and salary depending upon your performance.

Not at all.Yes,there may be many people like me who work in a Big 4 firm with partner aspirations BUT I do know that if I perform exceptionally well,I CAN become a partner.This question is based on the assumption that I work exceptionally well.Not to mention,I have heard that many people leave the Big4 after a few years to join industry so my dream might not be too unreallistic.

It all depends upon the business you are getting, if you get good business then you will become a partner very soon, otherwise you will get promoted based upon your performance. And regarding the salary, it depends upon the profitability with the business brought by you.
