Question about doing ca

Well Abhishek....to tell u the truth...no age is a wrong age to study...u can start studying even when u r 40...i have known ppl who have worked for a good amount of years and then taken a break to study and follow a different course of life which they could not do earlier ... Coming to ur case...c..doing CA ,MBA or that matter of fact any course just for the sake of it and degree will never give u satisfaction nor any direction....u can get into n number of courses...initially u may feel the urge to finish it off...but if u don't have that zeal ...u may get fed up....this I m telling u with my own experiences... No doubt having a good degree is of atmost importance...in todays cut throat competitive world ..u must possess a good degree to stand out and make a good living...what i wud personally suggest is first do a good analysis of ur strengths and what u really want to do in life...set an objective....a goal...but bear in mind..many think that earning loads of money is the objective which is wrong. .earning is the by product that happens automatically when u r good at something...so never make that ur goal...doing CA requires a lot of patience and commitment...which is required in other courses as well no doubt but u can ask any CA student what sacrifices one has to make in doing this course..see...its not that all the CA's are successful and all the successful ppl are CA's...there're many things beyond CA..i wud suggest u to think practically...look for a good job where in u get exposure...don't worry about money part at this point...money will follow...gain work experience simultaneously prepare for MBA entrance....target top 10 b-schools and in two years wlu will gain an experience of life time...u ll learn and mature...these r my personal views..rest is ur destiny...choose well...all the best...

I am not suggesting you. It is not an easy course for you. you must have atleast 7 to 8 years to complete it as per new syllabus of ICAI minimum. and there is no surety to pass ca exams in future.

If you are not a genius students I will not suggest you to do ca course. If You think you are a good students and have a good track record during your past examination . you can start/

After the age of 26 to 27 years your body willl not allow to work hard which is required in ca course.

 

I think you shiuld give your heart and soul and prepare for CAT exams. Just in 2 years time you ll be placed if done mba from a good institute. CA might even take 6-7 years (which is the case in most cases). I am not at all trying to show the darker side of it, its the truth. However, what CA teaches, no management schol can teach. Still I think you should not opt for it. God bless you.

If u still have the same problem due to which u had to leave ur studies for 3 yrs then go for CA .

No it does not take 6-7 years . concentrate your study In a proper way. Take and do proper tuition, and tuition is a your school days and last foremost think do proper article ship training. In between you can achieve your goal them also CA course give more opportunities than MBA
