My name is P Ramchander and i am working in a private organisation
1) Our Company is purchasing gift items with out company logo.
2) As per verbal communication logo printing is carrying out but the same is not mentioned on the Purchase Order.
3)Supplier is giving one single bill without mentioning the logo printing charges separately.
We now request you to kindly advise whether it attracts TDS or not.
