Hi....an AGM (other than 1st AGM) must be held within 6 months from the date of close of financial year. If the due date i.e. 30th Sept. is Sunday....then while filling up the forms of ROC should i mention 30th Sept. as due date or some other day????

Ya 30th september is the due date of AGM.
You can continue to mention so, only thing is you can not hold AGM on Sunday.
