What will be the next step, if while filing Form-17, that is Satisfaction of charge, the date of satisfaction wrongly uploaded as date of creation of charge. And no one would able to figure out such mistake. What consequences a company can face then? Is there any way to rectify such mistake?
i want to file form-17(satisfaction of charge) of my client but charge index shown on MCA is inclusive of two facilities(CC-50lakh, Term Loan -40).Only term loan is satisfied till now but if i file form17 with the PRESENT charge id THEN COMPLETE AMT. OF 90LACS WILL BE got elimenated from Index of charges whreas only Term loan of Rs.40lacs should only be elimenated.charge was last modified on 11.11.2011(cc limit enhanced from10 lacs to 50 lacs)
In that case, I think U have to file modification of charge in Form 8.
