Dear Sir,

I worked as consultant for 3 months in one company and for 9 month as an employee in other company in F Y 2018-19. please suggest which ITR form should file as total income is 300000. I have form 16 and 16 A.

1. ITR 3 would be better.

file ITR 4
Depending upon type of consultancy show that 3 month income either under 44ADA or 44AD

I was on training period for 3 month but they showed me as consultant and deducted tds u/s 194 j as n employee, my total salary was 2,00,000 and as consultant 83,000 so total income 2,83,000. please suggest

Since TDS is under 194J, file ITR4
Otherwise also your Total income will be 243000 after considering 40000 standard deduction. plz check this.
Show salary as per Form 16 alongwith annexure and 26AS. check 194J TDS in 26AS

U can go with ITR 4. Consultant income must be offered u/s 44ADA and salary as usual

44ADA is for specified professions. if you fall in any one then ok.
otherwise show consultancy income under 44AD
