FC 4 in MCA site and FC 4 in FCRA - both are same or different ?
what is the due date of FCRA annual return (FC 4) ?

Yes both are same. FCRA should be filed quarterly

FCRA annual return is filed once a year. The due date is 31st Dec for the fy 2019-20, but extended to 30th June 2021.
