Is personal medical expenses incurred by trustee are reimbursed by trust?

Expenses incurred wholly & exclusively for the benefit of the trust can only be claimed as deduction. It will be required to proove that teh trustee is the key member of the trust & is an active member for carrying on the activities of the firm, then only the exp can be allowed.
