1) Realistically how long would a company take to complete External Reconstruction formalities?
2) How much would the total cost involved in such a process be, in the current scenario?

Depends on the nature of reconstruction envisaged.It also depends on the high court jurisdiction where the registered office of the company is located.The question regarding cost is dependent on the amount and restructuring plan submitted to the high court for approval
