I am a post graduate in Commerce and hold a bachelors degree in general laws alongwith professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and as a Company Secretary.I have more than a decade post qualification experience as a Chartered and Cost Accountant mainly in the Infrastructure industry.I love to demystify facts and make everyone understand complex laws,rules and regulations in simple layman language.I love to keep abreast of the latest changes in the field of Management,Accounts,Finance Taxation,audit and Corporate Laws.
