Query regarding transfer within 1yr completion articleship

Hello sir,

I have completed 10.5 months of my articleship training period and i have'nt done GMCS-1. On last day i.e 31.12.2014 i have taken transfer from my firm and want to join a firm. Now i have two options 1) Join firm and then take GMCS leaves(which will not be provided by Next CA, as initial period) 2) Join Next Ca firm after completing GMCS-1.

I am not familier about the provisions regarding joining the next firm. So, please give me a favour as what is more preferable
