Respected Sir/Madam,
Please take a note that, i have query regarding taxation in India for Resident and Non-Resident
for e.g. Mr. A earning salary in India of Rs. 500,000/- and In Japan of Rs 300,000/- for the FY 2017-2018
but he has staying in Japan more then 240 days and in india 125 days.
Please guide foregin income taxable in India of Rs 300,000/-.

Everything depends upon his status as Resident or NRI for FY 2017-18........
Can you confirm his residential status based on second condition......
i.e. stay 60 days or more in India, and 365 days or more in preceeding 4 years......
Based on that you can decide, taxability of his foreign income ...
