Query Regarding Refund
I have filed ITR -1, u/s 139(1), in this return his Refund was Receivables, but as per notice sec.143(1) no amount Refundable, I check form 16 there 80C LIC deduction is Lower than actual LIC paid. He paid all LIC premium through Bank, now How to get refund.
