query regarding pan
I have a pan same number of pan have another person neither of them want to surrender his pan tds is also deducted from this pan from both of them if any of them surrender pan then loss will occur what to do in this situation

So, let department decide about the fate........ let both be issued altogether new numbers ..
Report the matter to your Jurisdictional ITO immediately, alongwith your claim of TDS .....
department says it is the matter of nsdl

Claiming is different aspect, but system cannot accept; as how to file ITR(s) of two different persons, when system only recognises PAN........ i.e. only one person (lucky enough) can get registered the unique pan......
