Query regarding MoA and AoA

According to me at the time of formation every company need to make MOA and AOA and get it approved by the ROC, so in the above question it will be copies certified by ROC.

On 06.06.11 MCA directed me to resubmit Form: 1.

Complying with the requirement apart from other corrections main object 4 and 5 were deleted. The Form 1 was resubmitted on 14.06.11. On 15.06.11 again, I am directed by MCA to delete main Object no. 3. and submit alongwith addendum form 67.

 If I comply with the first requirement as aforementioned the very purpose of incorporating the company is defeated because this object contains regarding printing & publishing.

Also as per Form-1 already submitted/resubmitted

Main division of industrial activity of the company-22

Descripttion of the main division- Publishing, printing and reproduction of recorded media.

Kindly help me what should I do?

Please draft a Letter to ROC explaining why deleting 3rd Main Object is not the Best option. Detail in the letter that it is an Object that the company intends to carry on after incorporation. Attach this letter and file it alongwith the Form.
