Relax - Dont worry. Keep a copy of speed post receipt and take a copy/paste of tracking of speed post.

For next year - rectify your AADHAR card with you mobile no.

You can everify online itself.

If you dont have any refund then  mobile no and email ID registered with  efiling was sufficient

If you have refund then there are two methods of everifying  - thro OTP received on Mobile whichis linked to AADHAR --> linked to your PAN

Thru netbanking.
