Our client is to get a refund of 7.44 lakhs towards the excess balance in electronic cash ledger vide the refund application reference number AA370318001921F. He has been advised to submit the ARN receipt to the jurisdictional proper officer along with required enclosures. But who is the jurisdictional proper officer is not clear. Please guide.
