Query regarding form 23b

Hi,

Filing form 23B is more or less a formality as most of the companies are using Z99999999 instead of actual SRN no. of Form 23B wherever required. So simply file another and correct form 23B. You may do one thing to clear your stand. Attach a letter in optional attachment of form 23B explaining the reason of dual filing of form 23B.

Use the SRN No. of this rectified form 23B.

are u guyz sure...??? coz we hv consulted some professionals they we cannot rectify this form....
