Query regarding filling exam form in case of re-validation? [SOLVED]

Do we need to quote new registration date (i.e. Date of Revalidation) in case of revalidation, or the original Date of Registration into the coourse, while filling the form for examination?
EXAM FORM QUERIES THE FOLLOWING: Conversion/Registration date of Intermediate IPCC/ATC.

it should be shown online automatically, when u filling your exam form. otherwise u should mention new revalidation date, if online date not showing automatically. in my cace it had been shown automatically in IPCC.

I got a reply that in case of Re-Validation the date of revalidation needs to be filled in the Registeration Date in the examination form.
