Query regarding filing of form 10e
Hello friends,
I have a Query regarding filing of Form 10E. The query is one of my client had an arrears of salary income on AY 2014-15. For that year without filing Form 10E he filed his income tax return. And now he is getting demand from IT because of that non-filing of Form 10E. So friends please tell what can I do further to resolve this.

File form 10E. Then file rectification request u/s. 154 to nullify the outstanding demand.
