Query regarding ca final regestration

I am going to strart my articlship in march-2012.

I want to know if I register myself with board of studies (registration of Rs.10000) after 2 years from now so that I can get latest modules.   

Will it affect my Final examination attempt????

got confused please help me.............

sir i have cleared ca pcc may,2012 exam.am i eligible to appear in ca final nov ,2012 exam.if yes what is the procedure.please help me out
