Query regarding applicability of service tax

whether jewellery valuation income covered under service tax, if yes than under which service head

needs to be checked but ensure your services are exceeding by Rs. 10 Lacs per annum by doing this business.

	Is service tax applicable to a person who has erected machines which allow people to play games. i.e wherein people have to insert a one rupee coin and they can play a particular game for a specific time period.   Is service tax applicable? if not what are the taxes applicable.?

a) the turnover / gross receipts of person who errected the machine, exceeded 10 lacs

b) he has issued bill for his services

if both above are complied then service tax applicable.

Jwellary valuation is done in the professional capacity of the person doing it, 

if such services are done by consulting engineer or cost accountant, then service tax payable, otherwise not
