a) the turnover / gross receipts of person who errected the machine, exceeded 10 lacs
b) he has issued bill for his services
if both above are complied then service tax applicable.

Jwellary valuation is done in the professional capacity of the person doing it,
if such services are done by consulting engineer or cost accountant, then service tax payable, otherwise not
