Professional tax registration has not been undertaken. Arrange for an office and employ some persons.Furnish details while filing returns.

If GST is registered then PT Employer registration is mandatory.

But govt raise the audit objections while doing dept audits .

In Karnataka, it is mandatory to Pay PT employer (EC) if GST is registered
