Has a query on Salary TDS Return:
1) An Employee has paid part of the Income Tax (as Advance tax on his salary) directly and has produced Advance Tax paid challan apart from the TDS which has been deducted by the Employer.
2)He has also given declaration that he is not in receipt of any other Income/ Salary during the said year for which he has paid part of the tax amount as Advance Tax as mentioned in Sl. No.1 above.
3)My query is how to file the TDS return showing the full salary drawn by the Employee including the Advance Tax paid by the Employee along with the TDS deducted by the Employer.
Is there any column to show the Advance Tax paid by the Employee in the TDS return on Salary.
Please guide on this.
