Query on service tax amnesty 13

Hi,

Do we file ACES 1 for service tax amnesty scheme

  • one for each company (i.e. company wise ) or 
  • year wise ( seperate application form for each year).

you should file companywise application.The scheme does not prescribe any yearwise application.
