Dear All,
We have filed Form 5INV alongwith Excel Sheets for unpaid Dividend amount.
However it was rejected for 4 times-reason being
1st time-- amount mismatch
2nd time-- Both District and pincode cannot be null in Excel sheet
3rd time--- Both District and pincode cannot be null in Excel (even though it was rectified when the form was rejected 2nd time)
4th time-- There is a mismatch between value of Sum of unpaid and unclaimed dividend entered in Form 5INV and the amount entered in the excel file.
Since the form has been rejected we will have to file afresh form.
At the time of precrutinity of fresh form prescrutiny error came--
1) multiple filing is allowed for the same financial year end date of the Company only for defective forms and we are not able to prescutinize the form.
without prescrunity we can not upload the form..
Please suggest if anyone has experienced such error practically.
