Sir,

Your ITR is filed within due date 31, July, 2013 then you can revised your return and claim the same amount regard in Medical claim. If your ITR is has been not filed then you claim same amt.

Thanks Harendra Sir,

This is for current financial year, 2013-14.

Now i have one more doubt. While filling ITR online i did not find any column for medical reimbursement so where do i mention this amount. Do i need to send medical bills along with ITR acknowledgement.

Please advice.

Thanks

Hi,

you dont need to send any paper with acknowledgement copy. You can decrease your salary income by the amount of medical exp. subject to max. limit of 15000
