BUT NOW THEY INTEND TO INCLUDE TOTAL 7 PROMOTERS IN MOA AND INC-7 FORM, IS IT POSSIBLE TO INCLUDE EXTRA 2 PROMOTERS IN MOA & INC-7 WHILE THEY HAVE ALREADY DECLARED 5 PROMOTERS IN INC-1.

While filling the INC-7, along with all the incorporation documents you need to submit a no objection certificate from all the five promoters mentioned in INC-1 to add two more promoters.
