One of my client is running a proprietorship firm in delhi for placement related services in contractual manner.
Presently he has only 4 staff whose salary as paid by him is follows
- Total Rs. 5000/-
- Total Rs. 5000/-
- Total Rs. 9000/-
- Total Rs.12,000/-
Right now he is not covered him self in ESI/EPF, but some new client is ready to givebusiness to him provided he get covered under ESI/EPF and Pay ESI/EPF for their new emploees
I have following Queries in this regards:
- Is it possible to get registration without crossing the limit of employees
- Is it possible to get cover only employee of new proposed client on voluntariy basis
- In case of possibility of VoluntariIs it possible to cover only
