Query on certificate of commencement of business

If a private limited Company after two to three years of its incorporation becomes a subsidiary of Public Limited Company, then it will be traeted as equal to public limited company.Whether certificate of commencement of busines is required at that time when it becomes  a subsidiary of public limited company?

Hi Amit,

By virtue of Section 43A(11) the provision of deemed public Coompany is no more in force. Hence the Company remains a Private Company.

Moreover even where a Private Company gets converted into a Public Company the Company would not be required to file certificate of Commencement.
