Query on Additional Course- Form 112

As per the institute's notification dated 08-01-2010, one has to fill 112 for taking an additional course within 1 month. However, you have the option to apply after taking up the course but before 31 march 2010.

Bt my query was since i have completed my articleship .whether submission of Form 112 in case i enrol for CS in future is mandatory ??

Form 112 is required only if additional course is pursued along with articleship.  As you are registering for CS after completion of articleship there is no need of 112.

Hi frds. I am goin to appear for CA final May'10. Also i have registered for my CS prior to my CA i.e. in yr 2005. My articleship is still pending for completion.  Do i have to submit Form 112.

Will they be any problem as im submit it after a very long time.

I also heard that it is exempt for students registered prior to Apr'08.

I am also havin the same problem like u, i.e i was doin CWA prior to CA ( joinded CWA in year 2005) and my artcleshp started from aug 07 but due to annoucnement date 22-8-2008 (where it was stated that articles reg prior to 1.4.08 need not fill form 112) i felt i am not required to fill Form 112. i am already done with my CWA in Dec 2008 but now i am also getting confused whether i m requred and will they condone as in my case delay is almost above 2.5 years
