Query :llp formation - wrong partners entered and approved

Hi,

Had applied and recieved incorporation certificate.

But the LLP has got one of the partner's details along with DIN no. wrongly entered. And he is amongst one designated partner. Mistake was from my side and department approved the existing DP (which was wrongly entered)

Now I need to correct (remove that partner and add a new partner as DP)

Current status : I am yet to file Form 3, make an LLP agreement and yet to file Form 4.

Experts kindly advise, how to rectify.
